International Purchases: Your credit card provider will convert your purchase to your home currency on your credit card statement. International orders are shipped in the most efficient manner to ensure a timely delivery. If you are placing an order to be shipped outside the United States, please expect a delivery time of 7 to 14 business days after your order is placed. International orders cannot be expedited.

Damaged Books: Please notify us within 48 hours after receiving a damaged book, and we will immediately send you a new one.

Tax : Because Innovative Speech Therapy is a Maryland based business, you will only be charged sales if you are placing an order with a Maryland billing and/or shipping address. Maryland shipments are subject to a sales tax of 5%. Any organization claiming a tax exemption must supply a copy of your exempt organization certification or resale certificate.

Shipping: To ensure proper delivery of your order, Innovative Speech Therapy will ship via Priority Mail. We cannot ship to PO boxes; please provide a physical address on all orders.

Order Confirmation: After you submit your order and your payment is approved, you will receive an Order Confirmation from Innovative Speech Therapy via e-mail. This order confirmation contains:
